Ignorant, lost staff. Must love the sight of you because they'll make you return numerously with multiple excuses. Been 5 times, still aren't able to collect medication Heavy restructure needed

Looked online and it states that you have a certified pharmacist working there and can look at a sort throat and prescribe antibiotics. Drove all the way from the otherside of Newport only for the pharmacist not to even come out and speak to me just sent the counter lady to say my doctors need to look at it but my doctor advised a pharmacy can help I got the impression she couldn't be bothered lots of unhappy people in the queue being told they had to wait 3 days for medication aswell. The lady serving was nice however and told me to call 111 and I managed to get a prescription and pick medication up from tesco

Absolute disgrace of a pharmacy. Put a script in to be told won't be ready until tomorrow is they've got no staff apparently. This seems to be an ongoing long standing problem. Some people struggle to get to chemist to put script in and are more than happy to wait for it to be dispensed but no, tomorrow or nothing . Useless pharmacy and should be closed down altogether. I'm lucky I could drive elsewhere but so many don't have that option, some on mobility scooters etc. Sort yourselves out or close down so at least people will know where they stand

Generally OK but the ammount of times I've received incorrect advise from the cashier, which is later contradicted by the qualified pharmacist, is worrying.For lesser willed people who might not push to see the pharmacist this could be a significant issue.

I travelled to this pharmacy when my local did not have my medication available.Upon arrival there was quite a queue and I was initially advised that there would be up to an hour wait due to the volume of dispensing at the time.I said I would wait as I had some distance to travel.After only 15 minutes my name was called and my medication dispensed.Great service - thank you

Went to collect my daughters antibiotics, and they wouldn't give the whole prescription. They said we have to go back in a few days as that's how they do it now! It's ridiculous, the Dr prescribed it so why can't I collect in one go?

A vast improvement on the Pharmacy at Tesco St Mellons. Occasionally have stock issues but generally well stocked polite and helpful.

Fantastic service from a devoted staff team. This pharmacy is extremely busy and they work tirelessly to ensure a great service is offered. Since covid they have been short staffed and over used yet they are still friendly and helpful.

The absolute worst! Never experienced anything like it.Went in and got my son antibiotics turns out they gave me 1 of 2 bottles this pharmacy is 20 miles away from me (out of hours GP sent it here unfortunately)It is now Saturday I have run out of antibiotics tried calling this place 30 TIMES with two children just popping down to see if you have what I need is not practical or really possible logistically.This is the first bad review I have ever left but feels more than justified!
