Came to the cafe and there was Sadie working alone, the place was busy. She was rushing taking orders, making drinks, the food and cleaning up. We had to wait a little longer for our food but it was understandable. Usually in such situations, I see staff annoyed and unbothered when someone calls in sick but Sadie was working like an octopus doing HIIT training while smiling and having convos with the customers. Give Sadie a pay rise!
