Really p'd off with asda delivery today.
Had to use contact centre twice.
1st time told driver had tried to deliver, (he hadn't)
2nd time told there had been a prob with van and several orders not delivered. No contact from driver or store after being told someone would contact me.
Can understand if there's a prob but don't want outright lies.
Update. 3rd call today, was promised a call back by asda guy, to try to arrange delivery this eve, no call, 4th call to contact centre, order cancelled.

Poor Customer Service at Self-Checkout ? Feedback for Store Manager
Dear Store Manager,
I?m writing to share a very disappointing experience I had at your store this morning.
While using the self-service checkout, I needed assistance as one of the items required staff login. I waited patiently and repeatedly called for help, but the staff member on duty completely ignored me ? choosing to attend to three other people who arrived after me. I stood there for over 10 minutes without any acknowledgment.
In the end, I had no choice but to leave the item on the checkout desk and walk away. This kind of disregard for customers is unacceptable, especially from a store I?ve always trusted and had good experiences with in the past.
I hope you will address this with your team to ensure better service going forward. Customers deserve to be acknowledged and treated with basic respect.

Not the best shopping experience. Customer service was lacking, and there were no chicken breasts or thighs available?only breaded options. When I asked an employee at the self-checkout for help, he appeared visibly stressed and was sweating, but he couldn't provide any information.
To make matters worse, I was overcharged by £9.80. When I questioned why a single bag of tenderstem broccoli rang up as £12.90, I was told it was a machine error. However, they said they couldn't refund the amount to my card (that I used) and could only offer a cash refund.
Lastly, when I returned a parcel during the same visit, an overly confident employee took it upon themselves to physically open the package, inspect the item inside, drop it, and then casually place it back in the bag before taping it shut again. I understand they may need to ask what's inside for return purposes, but opening the package, handling the item, and then dropping it is completely unnecessary and unprofessional.

Sometimes I visit this supermarket when I need to make the necessary purchase of household goods and food. The quality of some products leaves much to be desired, but this disadvantage is compensated by quite reasonable prices.

Clean and tidy, loads of parking, plenty of stock. Lots of other services like Amazon parcel return, rug doctor, McDonald's, fuel etc.

Great ADSA! Employees wore really nice and they had most items in stock and it was a breeze at self checkout. Absolutely recommended.

Terrible customer service we tried to return a gift card and they walked away and said you will have to go to another store because we didn't by the gift card from that exact asda

Very bad customer service .. worst supermarket I ever visit. no only is helping than just want to brush you off when you look for help !
They also never stock while employee hanging around and chit chatting only. Avoid!!!!
I cannot even give one Star but no choice.

Love this place! Basically my second home. This Asda has everything you need and is basically on my door step and the staff are always willing to help and they make sure to always keep it well stocked. Would like to give a big shoutout to Barry! He?s such a lovely worker and always helpful and super friendly. It?s a pleasure going shopping here and seeing Barry!

Yet again, no scanners working and the staff, lovely as they are don't have a clue where some things are so send you round the mulberry bush looking for said items to no avail. They all have "happy to help" slogans on their hi-viz but more helpful to say they don't know. The place is getting worse by the day, no doubt because of management decisions to streamline & save money. Awful shop
