Would not recommend using asda again my phone was damaged by an employee and they tried to completely cover it up and refused to even try and help when asked for store manger I was refused and given a number tried to refuse to leave until I spoke to the manger the threatened to be arrested then after contacting the email given to me by a member of staff they then tried to deny it happened even though they have cameras in the same spot I was told that they don't have any complete joke

Was chased down aisle by a security guard for not scanning my carrier bags it was pathetic seriously is your job that boring made a complaint as I do the bags at the end on the scan and go like most obviously do also DONOT BUY EGGS FROM THIS STORE THERE IS A MAN WHO SWAPS THE EGGS AROUND VERY DANGEROUS I Ordered a click and collect 5 things apparently not in stock so decided to go into the store to get the similar items ALL THE ITEMS WAS IN STOCK really annoyed as some one could have ordered a click and collect delivered by Uber and needed those items Asda really need to sort their computer system out not everyone is able to go into store very disappointed

Popped in earlier to finish my shopping list as I first time ordered from asda online. Which wasn't the best experience. This visit wasn't good either. Asked 2 employees some questions. Just not interested. So no more asda shopping from me. Will stick with my usual shops.

We usually visit the cafe for nice soup. We don't like self checkouts but after visiting the cafe and not buying anything we are required to exit the store through the self checkout area. Apparantly this is an anti theft measure. It would be better to dump self checkouts.

Ive been by 9:20 to buy tabacco and the security guys told me its closed. After i told them i come everyday at same hour after work they change it as staff is busy. While at rhe basket area were 3-4 ladies just chatting. Ofc staff was busy and without respect for customers

Possibly the worst supermarket in the UK. Poorly stocked, bare sheves, constantly dirty, unhelpful staff, a disgrace to the Asda name.

I have been subjected to discrimination and harassment by one of there Staff members and when I ask to see the manager, the security guy said there is no manager, so I waited for while and then section leader named Emma came to see and said she will have a chat to her staff, when I said but I was not happy the way they dealt with the complaints and might have put a review on google, apparently I was threatening with Scocial media, isn?t that whole point of review online. And then she called the security guy and ask him to remove me. It was not only an upsetting but also disgusting attitude from a section leader Emma where she is supposed handle the customer complaint instead she made a bad gesture and try to show superiority, everything is on CCTV. Disappointed and Disgusted being a customer for such a long time.

Today I bought a baby's milkBy mistake it's looks same as I normally buy but ot didn't when I back home then realised its different. later 2hours I back to to store requested return but the manager said not allowed to take return it. Was very rudeI never recommend shopping at asda store
