Need to stop closing up early with no word of warning!! If you?re closing up early let the doctors know so they can send prescriptions to boots so people can still get their medications!! Family yet again without needed medication!

Since Well Pharmacy have taken over this business has gone from Magnificent (when run by Chris) to Appalling. I have just been down on a Saturday afternoon and yet again it is closed, the other week it was closed all day as there was no Pharmacist available. How this company have taken over such a successful and caring business and run it into the ground is beyond me!

When this new company took over , it went from a fantastic pharmacy to a uncompanat farce. Its the luck of the draw if you actually get your medication . Always the fault of the doctors surgery. Which is NOT true. They couldn't run a tap !.

Appalling service..took 3 visits to catch the shop open. Sign says closed 1pm - 2pm...I visited at 2.20pm, 3.15 pm finally open at 3.35. Then a 20 minute wait to be served. Why can't WELL sort out their staffing issues? They have now had plenty of time to effect a changeover from the previous highly efficient owners.

A total disaster customer service is not existent four attempts to phone today phone not answered, eventually answered this pm but left hanging on eventually disconnected, previously had to visit 3 days in succession to get my perscriptions kept waiting by very rude staff and the manager was even worse unbelievable the staff just do not care. in my 80 years by far the worst service that i have ever experienced cannot put up with this any longer

Several times now prescriptions not delivered. Nobody answers the phone when I try to chase them up. What a shame, was with Bridge St for years and no problems at all. Now that Well have taken over I have had nothing but problems.

Shocking service, unable to contact by phone, unbelievably long waiting times, staff are all in ?slow motion mode? prescriptions not pre prepared?.. transferring to Boots Pharmacy.

28 march Terrable service...No one on counter....Very..very..slow with prescription.All I got was next...New girl needs manners....(if taught) out of choice won't go there again....found them rude..no communication ..witcustomers

Best off going to boots pharmacy. These guys don?t answer the phone, manager doesn?t know what day it is. Walking around not helping customers.

Fabulous service. We were on holiday with my 80 yesr old Mother who had forgotten her medication and become breathless. Went in and we were able to get an emergency prescription. Pharmacist and staff were very friendly and professional. We were in and out within 15 minutes. My Mother was feeling much better by that evening and being able to access this service averted a trip to A&E. Thank you to all the staff we encountered at Newcastle Emlyn Well Pharmacy.

Great little pharmacy in Newcastle Emlyn. Staff are very polite and helpful. The new Pharmacist James is fantastic, very helpful and knowledgeable. All the staff are very professional and hard working. I'd like to mention Mehgan, she is such a hardworking individual, courteous, methodical, polite and a massive asset to the company. I highly recommend this Pharmacy, well done Wells and thank you.

We were with the Bridge Pharmacy for many years. Efficient and friendly family run business. But now it is Well it is simply terrible. Horrible drab interior with nothing to buy. Queuing outside in the cold and the wet. A policy of not answering the phone. That's right. An actual policy of not answering the phone. People who were with the Bridge Pharmacy are leaving in droves and going to Boots just down the road.

After a few teething problems the system at the pharmacy is working much better now. Megan and Nia always try their best to help and it?s a pleasure to go into the pharmacy. They are always knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you for all that you are doing for the community.
