The most professional, patient, friendly, and thoughtful group I?ve ever had the pleasure to instruct!I bought a property from them and their service was very professional and they kept me informed throughout. It was a smooth process.However, they really shone when I sold the same property years later. The process (due to my buyer?s situation & their chosen lender) was excruciatingly drawn out and highly stressful. It took over 9 months!The team were more than patient, efficient, & highly communicative between all parties. They went above & beyond their remit by contacting other professionals (such as my vendor?s estate agent that was unduly stressing me out).The team does not just ?do their job?, they make you feel that they?re invested in your whole situation.
