Ordered a chicken shish and lamb kofte kebab, very disappointed with portion size: a tiny pitta bread, 4 lumps of chicken, 1 kofte and a small amount of salad, for £12.90!
This isn?t the first time I have been disappointed by the portion size from Flames but this one takes the biscuit. Was almost tempted to drive to Llandysul to try and get another kebab to bulk this one up! The old King Kebab was far better value. Well not be buying from Flames again..
PS was still hungry afterwards so really disappointed as feel I wasted my money. Given the owner?s response, if you really want a kebab I can only recommend you try kebab shops elsewhere: Llandysul, Cardigan, Aberystwyth, Carmarthen all have kebab shops providing better value meals that leave you satisfied afterwards.

Great burger and fries. Fresh tasty and a good portion. For just over £8 a good filling. 100% better than the one I had in the local pub at double the price!

One word: Chicken KofteWell, that's two words, but this is still the best thing ever!We spent almost a grand on Chicken Kofte so far and regret nothing, if you want a quality take away, look no further.

Dietary restrictions: No gluten free option for the pitta bread. No alternative offered. Seriously disappointed in the size of the meal small lamb shish with a small salad. 8.50 when I saw the food I asked them if they were having a laugh. They told me they would give me a refund which I declined as I had already waited 15minutes for it. Food was nice but it wouldn't have filled a child. Its a good job I had chips to fill me up. £11.30 for a meal that didn't satisfy.

Asked for sweet chilli and garlic mayo ended up giving me hot chilli which i hate. Not sure if it was done as a joke. Disappointed wont be going again.
