Just had an order delivered. Pizza and chicken strippers were only just luke warm and they delivered bbq sauce instead of the garlic and herb I'd ordered, and I hate bbq sauce! I've just tried to ring them five times and each time, they've put the phone down on me! I regularly order from here and in fairness, it's usually good but quite the opposite this evening. I understand they may be busy but to cut someone off five times is not acceptable and there's no other way to contact them.

Genuinely gives me and my friends food poisoning EVERY TIME. Never had an issue with domino?s from any other store but something must be going wrong behind the scenes here. Avoid avoid avoid.
Food hygiene rating is poor anyway, just don?t risk it ?

Absolutely pathetic liars.Ordered cookies for the kids. Was sent garlic bread instead.Called up, said they would sent the cookies out.Never did.Called up again and they said they had just refunded the cookies despite me not asking for that.They HADN'T EVEN DONE THAT!!!

Been ordering from this store for nearly 2 years, never had an issue with drivers not being able to find the house? today I ordered and realised I had 2 missed calls from a landline number in ?south shields? and 1 missed call from Nelson Dominos. I had a voiceI called the South Shields number back and it couldn?t connect the call (driver disguising their number) which is fine these things happen people get lost ect.What I?m absolutely mortified by is the conversation I had with a women in the store?1. I called back within 4 minutes of missing her call (I was changing the babies nappy)2. She instantly started saying ?The drivers been knocking your door and you?ve not answered!? So the food is on its way back to the store?3. I was trying to explain no one had knocked my door as my front door is next to my living room? so they clearly have the wrong house4. She then continued to blame me for this issue because I didn?t answer my phone.5. I spent £50 on this order, I was blamed for the driver going to the wrong house and then I had to ask them to send the order back out.Most likely won?t order from there again because I won?t be spoken to like a child because the driver knocked the wrong address? I?d rather order from a different store and collect it myself.There?s absolutely NO NEED to speak to customers with that kind of attitude.
