They have a terrible attitude and are quite abusive over the phone.
I won?t be using them again. All I wanted was an update on delivery time and got a load of abuse. Very upset right now, my father or brother would never talk to a woman like that ever.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. For starters this review is concerning the chinchillas what are a very high maintenance animal which I am a expert on there care.the chinchillas in this shop are in such neglect that I fear they may die. For starters I will add some information so you can understand better.here is some things that chinchillas should never have
*Be kept in a room above 24 degrees (above 24 can be fatal as they have the densest fur on the planet and should not be kept in a room without a air conditioner NOT a fan
*Cuttle bone (high in calcium)
*Cardboard (dangerous when ingested)
*Plastic (extremely dangerous when ingested plastic should never be in a chinchillas cage.
Chinchillas should have a constant supply of fresh green eating hay. NOT bedding hay used for hamsters.and a constant supply of toys (wooden sticks etc) (to wear down there teeth)
I walked in and instantly noticed the heat which is dangerous as chinchillas die of heat stroke very easily then I saw 5 chinchillas in a cage that holds a maximum of 3 (Google critter nation cage ). 1 of them was lying on its side(a sign of overheating) they were kept next to the birds which would of been extremely stressful for them and the kind of cage they where in it would of been easy to just open it up and let them out as it was not locked.there was no chewing material other then cuttle bone and cardboard both dangerous there was plastic floor pans which had been heavily chewed 2 wooden houses both of which where at least 2/3rds chewed (indicating not enough enrichment) 1 of which had a sharp metal hook sticking out of it. 2 water bottles and 1 of them was far to low to the ground for them to drink so 1 water bottle between 5 chinchillas. There was brown bedding hay in there for them to eat . Hay makes up 80percent of a chinchillas diet it should be fresh not from a vacuum packed bag which says bedding on it.
I am not just overreacting I cannot stress enough how high maintenance chinchillas are they should not be sold in a pet shop like this they are very expensive to keep and can live up to 20 years and can get ill and die extremely easily if not given the right care these chinchillas need to be removed from this shop and it should not be able to sell them. Absolutely disgusting

This store is amazing!! I?ve been gong there for years and all the staff are so friendly, helpful and give amazing advice for my dog and bearded dragon!! I have to give particular attention to Angela who has been outstanding with advice for my dragon lately! We can?t thank her enough!!
