Staff are very helpful and friendly. They are such a busy chemist, but I have no issues with delays in getting my medication. I usually get a text within 24 hours of dropping my prescription off. Well stocked shelves too!

Do you not answer the telephone. My mum?s prescription is usually delivered to her every month. It has stopped with 0 explanation at all. The service there is absolutely shocking to say the least ?

Went to local chemist to be told the item requested wasent in stock, so called to your branch ,you where the same not in stock but the diffrence was you very kindly said it would be ordered today and could pick prescription up at 5 clock same day ,outstanding service well done to you and your team top notch customer service .

One of my tablets are not on repeat with the GP. They need to be requested every time, which results on the tablets going on a different prescription, which is sent over to the pharmacy with my repeat prescription. A few days before Christmas, I went to collect my medication from Wells. They said the requested additional medication had not been done by the GP, go talk to them. I asked them to check again on their shelves, they refused, insisting it had not been done. So I went to the surgery who assured me it had been done. The GP surgery eventually reprinted a script, after much discussion.I went back to the pharmacy who told me they wouldn't take it, as I'd already collected it the day before!I told them I was in work yesterday and that it was not possible. They then said they couldn't take the prescription as it was a reprint, and said I had to go back to the GP to get a brand new prescription. Bearing in mind it was the Fri before Christmas, it would be highly unlikely this would be done, and filled.At this point I'd had enough and told the pharmacist they had made a mistake and dispensed my medication to someone else.The pharmacist eventually went and re-looked, and my tablets had been there the whole time!He said their system ticks off the additional items along with the repeat ones. And as I'd just collected my repeat there and then, they'd marked my additional tablets as being collected too, even though they were still on the shelf, and the woman on the counter hadn't looked hard enough for them!He didn't have the grace to apologise either.

Great service and as for all the rude comments, the staff don't stop they do a great job , remember we were all clapping for the NHS all pharmacy's were open throughout COVID and still managed to stay open in those conditions .... People want to understand how busy these places are and be respectful.

When I went to my usual pharmacy I was told even though a prescription was urgent they couldn't help me for 2 days so I went into Well and in and out in 10 minutes. I'm definitely using them from now on.
