Called in this shop recently with my Vodaphone pixel 7, which had become completely possessed with pop up adverts, and aledged viruses. Spoke to an assistant named Ann Marie, who sorted out the problem in no time at all. Cannot praise or thank her enough!

one staff member with longish hair was very unhelpful and blunt when i wanted to buy a new phone. Due to credit score, he offered me no alternative and got me out of the store as quick as possible. I went straight to EE where they offered me a way better plan for money and the phone I originally wanted.

Expensive place, when an accessory is priced on the shelf,and you go to pay they tell you it?s more now even though the stock has probably been there ages.The price label is the price you should pay!

After phoning Vodafone about 15 time over the last 10 days and getting no where I call at the neath store today and my issue was resolved by Daniel he was very friendly and professional and made sure he done everything he could and got my phone working again thank you

Waited 5 minutes as staff were busy on phone and with a customer. Guy finished on phone and chose to make a new call totally ignoring me. Lady finished with her customer and went straight to a guy who came in after me without even acknowledging me. These people don't have to sell people come into the store to buy, how easy is that ? They still get it wrong ! As someone else said it's amazing the store is still open.
