Called in this shop recently with my Vodaphone pixel 7, which had become completely possessed with pop up adverts, and aledged viruses. Spoke to an assistant named Ann Marie, who sorted out the problem in no time at all. Cannot praise or thank her enough!

one staff member with longish hair was very unhelpful and blunt when i wanted to buy a new phone. Due to credit score, he offered me no alternative and got me out of the store as quick as possible. I went straight to EE where they offered me a way better plan for money and the phone I originally wanted.

Expensive place, when an accessory is priced on the shelf,and you go to pay they tell you it’s more now even though the stock has probably been there ages.The price label is the price you should pay!
