Store itself is always nice and clean, never too busy and the staff always seem friendly enough, but the whoosh service is absolutely awful, between orders getting mixed up and receiving a totally different persons order and items just never being available.

Too many self service tills and not enough manned tills,always a huge queue on manned tills so takes forever to get served and then when you do get served they have to rush and help the self service tills work adequately.

I work as a delivery driver for Uber. There is a woman who works in this place. She is very bad. She deals with Indians, Bangladeshis, Arabs, and some non-European or black nationalities with racism and without respect. The order is always late, from ten minutes to about half an hour. Today in particular, he went to get the order from Tesqua, Britten Fieri. At about the same time in the evening, I asked her, ?The order is ready.? She replied with all arrogance and disgust, ?No,? so I told her, ?Why, when you work to secure the orders, they are late and you have to wait.? She told me to go out of the place several times, and she cursed me and said dirty and bad things to me. There was a lady who told her, ?Don?t be ashamed or ashamed,? and when I went to The manager poal and I complained about the employee. He went to her side and fired me as she did and told me to never come back here. I want to complain about them, but I don?t know where. Is there anyone who can guide me, please?

Must be the worst Tesco whoosh service in the UK ! Just had TWO whoosh cancelled, been waiting three hours now for a 20-40 minute delivery and even Tesco head office can't get an answer from them.!!! I will never use Tesco or whoosh again. They have had a 70 year old man with cancer sitting here waiting for three hours for nothing. It was THREE items, they weren't even picked for delivery head office told me. I would advise avoiding like the plague ! I certainly will
