I think it is absolutely terrible that I have been fined to shop in Tesco , I parked my car for just over an hour in their car park .
What I didn?t know as there is no clear signs
Only very small print that after 9pm your only allowed an hour , after all the years I have been shopping at Tescos I did not know this
I will not be shopping there again ,

I am not happy I ordered whoosh and I was following the driver on the app and then it changed to another driver which is weird. Long story short my delivery was cancelled after 3 hours because apparently the driver took my delivery to the wrong place , I don't know why it had to be cancelled why didn't he just bring it back to me ? I felt like over 3 hours of waiting and not getting nothing was ridiculous and then I went to my bank and they took the money already , and the money they took came to more than they should have took. So I'm left with no shopping, no money until it goes back in if the full amount goes back in my gosh I'm not happy and I have been a shopper at Tesco for so long and the driver that was texting me wasn't very nice and getting in touch with customer service , no chance .

Just got back from Neath Abbey Tesco, 17 March 25, 10am, where I suffered the most abysmal customer service in the cafe. Stood alone at the counter and was ignored by a lady preparing a tray on the other side, not 6 feet away. No eye contact, acknowledgement or apology. Two other ladies walk back and forth, similarly ignoring me, and I did wonder if I'd developed and invisibility super power. After about 7 minutes I forewent my coffee and sat down at a table. This isn't the first time this has happened with this team, whereas a fortnight ago, with a different team of ladies, customer service was as one would expect.

Went for breakfast with my daughter Saturday 1st March the staff in the cafe were amazing and helpful as I am in a wheelchair. The food was perfect and really tasty thank-you will definitely make it a regular treat .

Nice large car-park. Also has a Fuel-Station on site if required. Plenty of shopping choice. Traffic can be busy when leaving as the store is on a busy roundabout. Small cafe indoors in the store.

Decent enough store. Always plenty of parking available. Prices of the sushi though are astronomical! The bloke who served us was friendly and helpful. Wish there was more selection of womens clothes and shoes though.

Everyone loves Tesco,free parking,petrol, great clothes, great food products, fresh fruit, fresh veg, and nice cafe.

I found my shopping experience at this Tesco to be quite disappointing. The store is overcrowded with stock, making it difficult to navigate, especially for those with pushchairs or in wheelchairs. The environment is overly busy and lacks accessibility.
The staff were generally rude and unhelpful, showing little desire to assist customers. It was noticeable that some staff wore security cameras, ostensibly for their protection, but it seemed this may have influenced their interactions negatively, potentially reflecting any negativity they experience onto customers.
Furthermore, queues were consistently long, adding to the frustration of shopping here.
