Wrong order, missing items, really long wait, food was awful so we had to throw it all anyway. Cold old chips, chicken was over cooked and burnt. Waited 1 hour 20 mins for it and then we couldn't eat it. What is the point.

I had to have help getting my order right but the gurl was lovely, kind and helpful.. .thank god! The chicken was cooked perfectly...soft n succulent. The chips were spot on. The corn on the cob just melted in ur mouth. The apple pie...mmmmmm!!! Thanku tennesse. I avent ad a meal from u since last year n it was woth the wait! Xxx

Nice local place. The staff is friendly, quick service, a clean environment and tasty food. I recommend it for fried chicken.

Had this a few times and have gone to the place and had the fresh cooked chicken but to my surprise I thought I'd order take away to be delivered only to get some backward dried up nasty chicken that looked like it was yesterdays and put back in to fry then sold to me not good for business so not a fan of this place no more and can understand why ther is only a few of these places left open I'm dun with there dryed up chicken ?

Ordered chicken in a bum with chips for 2 chicken was so dry I couldn't even bite through it also the chips were just as bad wish I'd seen the reviews before I ordered

They forgot my drink and I rang in and they were happy to send me one and then they rang back made me out to be a liar and as I was speaking hung up the phone and then refused to bring a drink up. Absolutely disgusting customer service and whoever was on the phone needs to go back to ?customer service school? as I think it was the manger. Never again will I use it. So rude.

Had a meal from here today and couldn't have been more disappointed, chicken was like a day old and the friies were just dry, certainly not the best, sorry guys
