We had fabulous customer service and knowledge of the bed we were looking for. My mum and other members of our family always go to Sweetdreams first when looking for any bed or bedroom furniture. The personal touch we felt from the service we received will not be compared to any other bed supplier. They deliver and take away any old mattress/bed for a small fee. We highly recommend Sweetdreams.

First class service. We made an error when placing our order. Contacted them the next day and it was started promptly and politely. Delivery was on time and the men delivering were polite and efficient.

After trawling around the usual big bed stores, trying to concentrate with the radio blaring out and 100s of lights blinding us we went to see Nick @ Sweet Dreams. Gentle radio in the background, enough decent light to see, information was given and we were left alone for a good amount of time. No time were we pressured. We loved the first 3 beds we tried but went on to try another 30 ?just in case?and bought a mattress, bed & headboard.We should have come here sooner. Don?t be put off by the website, or the building. This place is excellent for good, comfortable beds and we paid £1000 less than the prices we looked at in the big shops!

**POOR AFTERSALE CARE**
Bought a chair for my partners grandfather who had recently had a stroke and was waiting on coming home from hospital.. Lovely chair and happy with the price.
Chair STOPPED rising and reclining 10 days after he had come from hospital.. Company offered £100. No repair offered, no replacement parts, no replacement chair. This chair was bought to assist with getting out of the chair safely.
Paid nearly £500 for a chair to last 10 days.

Bought a double ottoman bed with a stunning ortho mattress from the Swansea branch. From the moment we walked in, there was no hard pressure sales. Nick was brilliant, he was there to give advice, answer our questions and gave us space to choose our bed. Excellent service, delivery, kindness and a really nice relaxing atmosphere. Great service from Sweet Dreams - I had been let down badly by Bed Xpress/Dreamtime Beds who just shut up shop even though many of us were waiting on delivery and had paid them in full - young lady here was great - no pushy sales talk - they had good offers available (Manager's Specials) on quality all inclusive bed packages for £100 cheaper than what I had previously paid. The bed I chose was delivered to me the next morning free of charge. I would definitely recommend Sweet Dreams, they were extremely helpful after a stressful experience with the previous company

Huge selection of Beds and you can take your time and try out. The lovely salesman in llansamelet was very helpful and excellent on help. Would definitely recommend and definitely return to the shop. Must say we had fantastic service with this company went in on a Sunday morning around 11:30 ordered 2 mattresses, they were delivered same day around 1pm, young lady that was working there was extremely helpful and informative. highly recommended Thank you x
