Gone downhill in recent years, stingy with the meat and salads now, sub was more bread than anything. Gone are the days the sub would be overflowing with fillings. Also forgot half the order so only half of us ended up with our food.

Received cheesy garlic slice minus the cheese. I don?t know if they missed this one up and just didn?t bother making me a new one but this is what I received. Burnt and hard. Probably won?t order this item again.

Good location, and the food is as good as ever with plenty of options to choose from.The only issue is if it gets really busy, then sometimes there might not be enough staff members on hand so you could be waiting a while, especially if customers in front have big orders but that is not their fault.Prices are fair compared to other chains but they do offer good saver deals.

Every time I go to Neath Subway there is attitude when I order gluten free. It seems that the staff there in the Neath Shop don't understand how important cross contamination is. Gloves need to be changed. Also I cannot have the meat out of the counter as there is bread crumbs that come off and falls into the counter. Wheat is an allergen. If I could eat it I would. Each time I go there I am made to feel like an inconvenience and that it is too much trouble. One girl in particular tells the other staff that gloves don't need changing. This is my individual health being taken for granted when gluten makes me seriously unwell. It's not a choice. Id love nothing more than to have a hearty Italian, but I cannot. Less attitude and more understand and knowledge from the staff would be fantastic.

The Morriston staff are absolutely fantastic!! I travel 2 miles further than my local subway as they are amazing and get every order spot on!! A credit to subway. A++++++++Vegetarian options: I used to LOVE the veggie patty, but it's been replaced with the plant patty which has chillies, so os too hot for me, but love the delite.

Subway is decent but has gotten very expensive, i payed 6 pound for a footlong sub, although it tasted nice it was juat too expensive.
