Really frustrated with Specsavers Neath, promised a call back last Friday, still nothing Monday afternoon. They sent a hospital referral for my mum, but the referral is totally different to what she was told. Hospital wait advises up to 12 months & my mums sight is deteriorating daily. They laughed at my daughter when she told them she was exempt from paying. They made us pay. Avoid these.

Had to book an emergency appointment and they managed to fit me in relatively quick, keeping me updated regularly and keeping me updated throughout the appointment on what assessment etc they were doing. All the staff I met with were great and very welcoming.
