Turned up at 5.45pm on a Thursday, was not allowed in as it a man said it was closed, despite saying 6pm on the door. The gentleman said "we need to close the tills down at 6 you see" rubbish.

Would just like to say over the last few weeks I've visited neath and popped into poundland, usually between 8:30 and 9 am, and I've been greeted by a women who is by the checkouts, she is a credit to the store, she is warm and friendly and always has been willing to help any customer who is in need, even this morning I had my morning after the night before head on, she was friendly and understanding when I made a mess up putting items through the self service. I feel bad for not remembering her name , but she is a delight and a credit. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves
