“I visited this sorting office many times until recently, whenever I had to collect a parcel that had not been delivered if I was out when the postman called. It's found down the side of the main post office with the door facing the railway station. You have to go up a couple of flights of stairs I'm not sure if there's a lift or not (never noticed) so it may not be accessible for everyone. At the top there's a door through to a small office. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait, depending on how busy it is. It's easier to try to park in Windsor Road itself (if there's a space) than to pay expensive parking charges at the station opposite.”
