The house we have made an offer on was on the market with Peter Alan in Neath. It?s a big decision for us to move and I fell in love with this house straight away. The staff that have dealt with us have been so friendly and welcoming. Teigan and Nathan did our first viewing and were great with me as I had so many questions and things I wanted to check out. We did subsequent viewings and dealt with Georgia and later with Erin, they really did their best for us, fitting in time for us to review and bring our surveyor along too. Shannon and I spoke by phone during the process and everyone was always friendly & helpful. We were delighted to have an offer accepted on the property and can?t wait now to move in. The staff have kept in touch with us all the way through the process ( thanks Erin) especially during the nervous process of selling our current property. Thanks guys- we will see you again, I promise! The G&Ts are on us!

I used Peter Alan Neath for my most recent property sale and I can highly recommend them from a sales standpoint. Jack Chatburn was my valuer and he is very professional and honest about realistic sales prices and doesn?t over value a property to gain the instruction, his value was realistic and achievable, he is also able to strategise any sale as well. Erin and Teigan were excellent as part of the sales team showing buyers around and advertising your property and again are professional and genuinely act in the sellers best interests. Finally I dealt with Shauna from the negations team who is very helpful as the conduit between sellers and buyers and dealing with solicitors. Overall

From our first viewing appointments through to the completion of our new house, the staff at Peter Alan have been friendly, informative and timely, and most importantly, incredibly trustworthy, making sure we did not blindly walk into any properties without full knowledge of what would potentially be getting ourselves into.
I would highly recommend this office and look forward to working with them again.
In the meantime, my husband and I are happy settling into our new home!

Excellent service from Peter Alan, Neath: from the initial contact, to Jess coming out to value the property and to Teigan carrying out the viewings.
