I got id for boost (energy drink) which is absolutely ridiculous when I come there all the time. Is it because I got no makeup on? I?ve showed me id once when I went there the first time. Guy with long hair didn?t serve me because he didn?t know me. I know it?s protocol but it?s ridiculous, can?t imagine if I was in pain and needed paracetamol or ibuprofen and I couldn?t walk to another shop. RIDICULOUS never go to you again. ?

Got asked for id for paracetamol by an old miserable rude woman behind the till. Bear in mind I?m 30 years old! After I walked out after her having to call to get someone, they said you don?t have to leave? Appalling and staff need customer service training.

Service is appalling, always short staffed, the queue was halfway around the shop earlier because there was just one person serving, waited the best part of 15 minutes to get served, they don't deserve my custom so will be going to Morrisons on old road in future.

As most shops have, prices here have sky rocketed, but they have recently had a make over, new fridges etc, perhaps we are paying for that too.

Been here multiple times as it?s literally a minute walk away from my house. Very friendly staff and always talkative, they did the place up a couple of months ago and it looks amazing! Quite a lot of things to buy here too such as ready made meals if you?re not up for cooking, they have magazines and news papers, different drinks from water, fizzy drinks, alcohol and energy drinks (always makes sure you?re at or over the age limit to buy energy drinks and alcohol) the place is very clean too and you can get a Costa drink and a slushy there too. Cash point inside as well if you need to get some cash. Definitely recommend this place just for a quick shop especially if you live near by as it?s super convenient and easy!
