Got asked for id for paracetamol by an old miserable rude woman behind the till. Bear in mind I’m 30 years old! After I walked out after her having to call to get someone, they said you don’t have to leave? Appalling and staff need customer service training.

Service is appalling, always short staffed, the queue was halfway around the shop earlier because there was just one person serving, waited the best part of 15 minutes to get served, they don't deserve my custom so will be going to Morrisons on old road in future.
