I recently visited Neath Goldsmiths as I wanted to purchase a ring for myself and also to have another ring altered. I found the lady there to be extremely professional and helpful, sensitive to my requirements and did everything to make me feel welcome and a valued customer. The gentleman who measured the rings was also very friendly, polite and helpful. I will definitely be visiting this jewellers again and can highly recommend them to anybody looking for a good quality jewellers who still offer that ?old fashioned? friendly service which is sadly lacking in many shops today. I give Neath Goldsmiths five stars *****

A truly lovely shop. Family run, always welcomed in warmly by them. Room for my wheelchair. They made my engagement ring, my first was stolen, my new ring is beautiful. They also stock Clogau jewellery which I love. Have a visit you will want to stay!!

Honest right from the start and stated they couldn't risk fixing my watch as it could break as it was a certain type of strap that wasn't easily removed. despite me saying it was worth a go as it couldn't be used without the strap they were right it was impossible to do so walked away knowing they tried their best.
