Really shocking customer service experienced today. At the checkout there was an elderly lady in front of us who clearly needed help packing and after asking the staff member not to scan our stuff after the lady finished her packing I was given a look that could cut glass. I helped the lady finish her packing despite the staff member glowering at us. Poor service and even worse attitude. Train your staff to be better.

Staff in the cafe are always really really busy but never fail to be super nice and patient. I bring my elderly father here regularly and they never rush him and are always extra helpful

Racists.
I got kicked out twice:
1) Trying to get my father something for fathers day with a low budget so I was looking around for like 10minutes and they kicked me out
2) Taking a picture of isles to find the product that I needed. I took 2 pictures and they kicked me out and they said it's against the law
I got my friend to do everything I did he's white I'm mixed
My friend didn't get into any trouble at all
I got kicked outed twice

Morrisons workers sold me a bottle of bbq sauce for 1 pound 69. This is completely immature and my daughter was annoyed that bbq's have 69 pence written on them. This is a complete disgrace and needs to be punished. Pump the bottle 69 quid and you've got yourself a deal

The worst Morrisons store I have been to. Needs an upgrade. Would use the cafe but their coffee machine is awful.

Refused sale of wine and beer at Morrisons Neath while shopping with my partner and two children aged 9 and 10. Staff claimed we were buying alcohol for the kids just because one of them may have helped scan something at self checkout. Utter nonsense.
I went back alone to buy the same items after my family had gone to the car. Refused again because I had previously been seen with children. I was alone and clearly buying it for myself. No logic at all.
This was not policy. It was judgment based on appearance and nothing more. If you look or sound foreign you are treated with suspicion. They made no effort to speak to us like people or use common sense. Just shut it down and acted like they were in the right.
Call it what it is. Xenophobia. Disguised as procedure. Avoid this place if you expect respect.
Also, the Neath-I-Joe Funko Pop sized security guard with the massive belly making an appearance playing the hero. All very comical.
