Having to pay large amounts of money out can be hard on people, I asked if I could use PayPal to pay, I was told you had to do this online?, using PayPal would have spread the cost over 3 or 4 months lessening the blow.why couldn?t this of been done there and then ?. With today?s technology is it that much of a problem?.
