Have had many takeaways from here and have always been nice, but today, it was awful, the black bean sauce tasted like it had been watered down and was bland, and the pork was so chewy couldn't eat it

I ordered my food the guy repeated my order though when it was delivered and payed for and I opened it it was all wrong he tryed to tell me it was MY fault then proceeded to say I've done this before ??? When I had a delivery from them every sunday for the last 2years and not had a problem . The guy on the phone refused to give me his name and was totally disrespectful .I normally order online not on the telephone but I WILL NEVer be ordering from them again ..... I'd rather take my business elsewhere and that's going to loose them business as I'm making sure my friends stop ordering aswell with the disrespect I just had from some young guy ...I'm gutted as I liked the food there hy I ordered it every week same as my family and friends do but that will no longer be happenings

Absolutely disgusting and disappointing ordered delivery driver very niceLarge portions butChips stale, both meals chicken cashew and fried rice and beef and cashew fried rice were luke warm and smelled and tasted very fishy spring rolls not nice very powdery as order was placed in advance and paid for it should have all been freshWould not recommend or use againJust because the portions are large does not say they are good quality

Ordered online at 7.30pm on a Friday night rang happy wok at 8.45 they said he's just wait for the driver to come back and it should be with you soon.phoned back by 9.10 to see where my order is he then said its with the driver should be with you in the next 10 minutes. We are a large family relaxing waiting for our food and still no food paid £39.00 I had to phone.agin as its now 9.25 and our food is no where to be seen to tell me its now just left I told him that you lied to me on the phone earlier then he said he didn't lie. I cancelled the order and demand my money back . I will never use these again I've been a loyal customer for over 25 years but these last few years they have been really disappointing.

This takeaway is the best Chinese in port talbot in my opinion, have had lots of curries from here just tried chicken sate,it was absolutely delicious I would not bother anywhere else at all.

Just had our first meal from happy wok in a few months, they had gone a bit downhill. But we thought we'd give them another try and see if things had changed, going on what we've just eaten the answer is definitely yes. The food was piping hot, well cooked and really tasty with plenty of it. ?

This was my first order from here and I was really happy to have a great Chinese after a very long and tiring day ...The quality was great and the flavours were amazing. It isn't my go to place however it would definitely be my 2nd choice now!Thankfully not dissapointed, as most takeaways let me down. I highly recommend and cannot wait to order again!

Ordered a takeaway tonight. Last one was poor but had good reviews from my daughter so tried again. I had to repeat my straightforward order several times before they got it right. When the food arrived the chips were almost raw and inedible. Won't bother again.
