Can only deposit cash inside the branch as they've removed the facility from the outside ATM's, this is a problem as they're not open all day everyday ?

We have been trying to get hold of Natalie to discuss our options for at least 3 weeks. Absolutely shocking. After leaving numerous voicemails and several emails we still haven't had any response. We won't be surprised if this branch closes, along with other banks in neath if they continue this type of customer service.

The blonde lady with glasses who served me had awful customer service. I won?t visit the neath branch again after this encounter. Completely unhelpful , and accused me of having forged documents when I was just doing what I was told to do. I travelled 8 miles to get to the store for a query as I cannot get through to anybody and this was the response I got. Shocking.

Every time I go in here there only one cashier working. There could be 10 people in the queue and it takes FOREVER to be served

This is the local branch of Halifax plc in Neath. It used to be a building society, but now it has bank status - not sure what difference it makes for us customers though! I've held accounts at this branch for a very long time - I hate to think of where the years have gone! It's always been a friendly and efficient branch to deal with. As with most banks, you'll need to make an appointment to deal with some issues, but they can normally fit you in the same day. I've had a couple of problems with them over the years, and have thought of closing all my accounts before now. However, they normally manage to sort things out in the least painful way!
