Always used to love going to Greggs, but no longer go there as I'm now gluten intolerant and there's very little gluten free food products. It's the same across all Greggs. Please bring more gluten free options

i think it?s absolutely ridiculous that they don?t deliver certain items before a certain time, and don?t offer a time frame of when they will be delivering them. they also do not answer the phone at all which is just ridiculous and frustrating when you?re trying to order food.

The service I received today was pretty awful. There always seems to be 1 member of staff serving and getting the food while you have other staff members flocking around even though the queue can be at the door so the wait times are ridiculous ?. The staff member who served me today clearly didn't want to be there. My mocha was pretty rank as well. There are better cafes about.

Omg I absolutely love greggs Neath Abbey. I'm a regular customer, and the girls are amazing with me ; I even know my order now. they deserve a pay rise down neath abbey greggs as they are always doing something fantastic place ? thank you greggs ??Parking: There is about 5 parking spots so we have to park across the road or behind greggs where there are a few housesKid-friendliness: There are table and chairs its a happy shop they make u feel at homeWheelchair accessibility: There are no steps and plenty of room for a chair

Can be a bit of a queue at times however, the food is nice and fresh so it's worth the wait. Prices are pretty reasonable too.
