The food is great but sometimes it can be an absolute nightmare to get served in there.At busy times i've seen customers queuing out of the door and across the street because there's one person serving as well as trying to get online orders ready.It's a false economy really because you save money on employing staff but you then lose money because people won't go there as often because of the slow service. I don't go there as much as I used to because of the wait to get served.

Staff are very unhelpful and have an awful attitude. I thought it was just because they were busy, but visited at a very quiet time and received the same poor service.
