I used to be a frequent and they used to be good but they recently are terrible. Order took 1hour and 45min and was cold. The chips were inedible and burger was edible but that?s the only descriptor. Can was dented. I only got a partial refund for the chips £2.49. Not even in cash but voucher. There lines are never answered so had to talk to a live chat by foodhub instead

AVOID at all costs!!!! Literally sent me a delivery of our food no sauce on anything no salad burger was black and the bun was even blacker !!! Wouldn?t answer the phone then and when my partner went to the shop because the whole £48.60 worth of food was in eatable they told him to leave a bad review they weren?t replacing the food !!! Shocking service and even worse food

We placed an order here delivery was over an hour. Half of our order was missing the food was cold. Went over there to complain and where the rest of the order was. Their response was they are not allowed to re cook the food even though it was freezing and took an hour to deliver bearing in mind we are less than 2 minutes away. They were not prepared to give us the rest of our missing order so we left the food there and had to get food from else where. Absolutely disgusting service from the owner and staff. Do not go here for your food if you value your money and want freezing cold food and missing orders!!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!!

I am sorry to say, this was one of my worst experiences for customer service and food taste. It was late, but only 15 minutes, however, suprising for a Tuesday. I ordered a large lamb and chicken shish which my daughter and I share, it definetly was not large, we had only 5 medium sized pieces of meat each, of which were overcooked and very chewy.
The Pitta bread was mini size, not even medium.. not fully toasted/griddled and was soft and doughy.
The children's meal was missing. I rang the restaurant with assurance that a replacement would be delivered within 30 mins. Nothing arrived. I rang and was told that basically, he had checked the camera and accused me of being a scammer.
To add insult to injury, I also ordered 4 chocolate sponge cookies. Only 1 was eaten and another nibbled at as they were burnt on the bottom.
£32 later and all I have is a bad experience.
On a positive note, I was told the chicken strips were nice.
Sorry Royal Pizza for straying, never again.

Ordered a kebab for delivery this evening. I get one maybe once a year and always get it from here.Mixed diner and chicken delivered hot, generous portion, fresh salad and that mint sauce is always a winner.

Absolute joke, ordered from here numerous times with orders always above £50......no problems normally but ordered tonight which cost £43 got delivered the first time but forgot the drinks and 3 meals, we rung n told them so they came back with the stuff they forgot but again a meal was missing.....one of the pizzas was undercooked and soggy all underneath, burger buns to hard to even bite into and chips that were like rocks! 43 freaking pound.....we rung again to be told that they will make fresh and deliver but they want this lot back......surely they should of cooked it fresh the first time and if they delivered what we ordered to begin with then we wouldnt need to keep on ringing to complain with Absolute shocking responses from the workers....
