If I could give one star I would I been with EE for over 7 years and the attitude they have is disgraceful and they have no compassion for customers that have mental health or learning disability they should be trained in that department no help what so ever when swapping my phone over so don?t lose my sentimental picture that i don?t want to lose they don?t offer any deals or discounts for customers that have been with them for a long time I would highly recommend going to vodphone they have the new iPhone 16 for around 42 pound a month

Very poor store. Took out a new phone but had some problems with the delivery and never received it. Went back to the store and they said it was nothing to do with them go phone a different department. I wanted to politely complain and give my opinion it was the worst service i ever had taking out a phone. The staff became aggressive and told me to leave. Absolutely not one bit of care on any of them. Terrible shop.

I had a problem with my phone so went to the shop. A member of staff efficiently sorted out the problem. She explained things very clearly. She demonstrated an attitude that was both friendly and professional. I noticed that another member of staff was the same. I was very impressed. Thank you.

Popped into EE Shop to upgrade my phone. Staff were very helpful and talked me through different options without any unnecessary sales talk. Once I'd decided on a phone & plan, the staff set it all up for me in store - a few weeks on and I know I made the right choice.
