Ridiculous service. Closed for a whole hour for lunch instead of having lunch on shifts, attitude appalling. Wait times are ridiculous.

In 50 years of going to get percriptions. I have never ever been to such a bad pharmacy. The attitude is terrible. The service is even worst. It was very bad last year. Then new staff appeared then it was great for a few months BUT now this Pharmacy gets the 2024 Award for being the worst in the UK not just Wales. Stay well away people go to any of the far better pharmacy's in Neath. This business need to close. Terrible.

Place has gone downhill. Asked a simple question today in a polite and calm manner and was spoken to like a piece of dirt by a staff member called Sian. I've been going there over 40 years but today was the last time. They need a crash course in customer service, a few of them are rude and abrupt and make you feel you're an annoyance by simply being there. Life's too short.

I just phoned and got hung up on 3 times in a row. My last 3 prescriptions have taken up to 12 days to get, after chasing up when the 7 days have passed. This pharmacy is in some kind of permanent crisis. If there are staff shortages then they are chronic which points to bad management.I emailed the complaints email but no acknowledgement or reply after 5 days.Update: I went in to speak to the pharmacist and she said they will no longer automatically fill prescriptions sent over by Dyfed Road surgery unless they were requested by the pharmacy! Prescriptions will just sit there until the customer visits to collect. The machine will not be used and no text messages will be sent advising the customer to collect. Customers will have to go in and sit and wait for 40 minutes or make two visits if the prescription isn't in stock. It's a shambles to be honestWhat's the point of the expensive robot dispensing machine they had installed?

Have to say one of the worst pharmacies for customer service. Rude and unhelpful. Will never enter the premises again!!

Very poor experience. Repeat prescription should take 7 days. Which by the way, is far to long. And still not received it after 8 days. Attempt to call the pharmacy and nobody can be bothered to answer the telephone. Shocking. Will be taking my business somewhere else from now on

The worse pharmacy.My 84 year old mother has been ringing on both numbers since 8.30am trying to order her repeat prescription to be Delivered.I too then started ringing from 2pm and still they haven't answered. It is now 3.45 pm. 7 hours for my Mother and still not answered ? absolutely appalling service! Update at 4.37 pm. Still not answering the phones.

It's not often I need to go to the pharmacy. So when I do, it's usually because of an urgent GP appointment and resulting prescription. Every time I have had a prescription over the past few years, I have attempted to take it to Dyfed road pharmacy, where I have either been told the (common) antibiotic/cream/tablet isn't in stock, or there is a 45min plus waiting time. I no longer attempt to take my prescriptions there, I now go to resolven or glynneath chemists, who are far more helpful, friendly and efficient.

Awful experience! Very judgemental, unprofessional, no confidentiality or client care nor respect. Refused me my emergency prescription that the doctor had issued.. Had no trouble whatsoever getting it at the next chemist.

I have a regular long term prescription for epileptic medication. When I get to collect them I am always pessimistic that it will either be ready or indeed complete. They are not very competent like Dyfed road doctors both blame each other for it not being ready.?

My husband recently had a major bypass from his groin down to foot he also had a toe amputated, when he came out of hospital he had a list of new medications I handed 1 list into my doctors and I copied another and took it into chemist the pharmacist came and talked me through everything she was so so helpful on front of counter there is a young girl there is a young girl I can?t remember her name but she has sometimes pink or red hair she is so patient, helpful and very caring, the my husband and myself have had is exceptional. We would just like to say thank you for making an extremely difficult time so much easier for us.

Used to be amazing. Now its just Awful. Don't know who the lady with brown hair normally dressed in green thinks she is. VERY rude and dismissive. 7 day wait for a prescription is awful. Won't be using this pharmacy anymore I'd rather go elsewhere and be treated like a person.Bring back the old manager!

This used to be such a good pharmacy; the best in Neath. Now it has become very poorly managed and staffed. Went in with a prescription for my husband on Thursday and was told it would be ready 1.5 hours later. Returned to collect at time given, only to be informed to come back the next day! Called Friday to collect the prescription and was greeted with an extremely long queue. When It was eventually my turn I had another very long wait because they couldn?t find it. Numerous customers came and went before mine was located. I have been having repeats with them for many years for my own medication. What used to take a few days, went to five days. Now the wait is seven days. Seems there are not enough staff, and those that are there are poorly trained.

This is a first class pharmacy, all the staff are wonderful and very hard working.Even though they are constantly busy they are always friendly, professional and provide a first class service at all times.I can't say how wonderful the service is.
