The guy that served Me last (5pm approx) night in the Melin is so obtous, not a good experiance when his relutant face is behind the counter. Iâ??ve let many disappointing customer experiences go thinking the guy has had a bad day. Today he went too far and questioned my integrity and embarresed me loudly and publicly on the shop floor. I felt humilated and was in shock that i was spoken too in this way.
I believe this was recorded on cctv.
