Clarks Neath exemplifies good customer care. My wife and I have bought many a pair and the occasional bag from the store. Recently we have taken our grandchildren for all their shoes and the staff have all been great with them and witnessed others getting the good service. Mark and lady (unknown) have always been helpfull and this week got a pair of must have for going away trainers for the wife to us the next day.

A great shop but writing this to give Nick a shout out for his customer service skills with our toddler on Saturday. Great patience, particularly for late on a Saturday afternoon, and we came away with good quality shoes of course, with Nick giving recommendations on suitable soles.

Great customer service. I phoned first as was trying to buy online. Then decided to go into the shop. So glad I did easier to see and try on boots. Janet was great helped me out with my purchase. And can order wider sizes should I have needed them. (I was ordering wide online)
