Clarks Neath exemplifies good customer care. My wife and I have bought many a pair and the occasional bag from the store. A great shop but writing this to give Nick a shout out for his customer service skills with our toddler on Saturday. Great patience, particularly for late on a Saturday afternoon, and we came away with good quality shoes of course, with Nick giving recommendations on suitable soles.

Neath Clarks gave me fantastic customer service today. They have a great sale on and their boots are amazing with a much better appreciation of this in store. We all need to keep visiting these shops to keep them open. Thank you Clarks.
