Great service and repairs from CWM. We had 2 cushions, 1 severely squashed, refilled and the sofa was like new. Although it's a cheapish DFS sofa, the cost for the repair and not having to put something into landfill, was much more attractive than buying new. Would definitely use again. They collected and dropped off exactly when they said. Excellent service.

Needed to get our large 3 seater sofa & cushions upholstered after 15 yrs of service including 3 house moves & attacks by cats. Went along to view fabric samples & Andrea was very helpful with her advice as, typical me, I had chosen a more expensive fabric so she offered options to help keep the cost down. CWM collected & delivered back the sofa. We were over the moon with the result. It looks refreshed & renewed. Very pleased & thankful for the great service from start to finish ?

This company have hands down been amazing, I got a response via email. Sadly due to covid delays meant I had to wait for my appointment but it was the best wait ever. From coming out for a free quote and check over the sofa, to booking in the service was second to none amazing. When I got the phone call to be booked in for repair I was told a few days. The next day a phone call to say it was all done and can be delivered back.My sofa was fixed within 24 hours from picking up to bringing back.Would highly recommend and so glad I took a recommendation and went with cwm upholstery. I am so pleased with how my two seater setee turned out. Especially after deciding to go for a bold choice of colour in comparison to what we already had. Andrea really helped with the selection process and made the entire process a breeze. Thank you to the delivery drivers too who collected and returned my setee.
