Yesterday was a challenging day on many fronts. However, a very positive note was a visit to Boots in Neath. Went to opticians section and received some invaluable support and advice choosing some new frames for glasses and sunglasses from Sasha one of the dispensers. She was incredibly helpful. Thank you for your help and time taken even though I was not a Boots optician patient and didn?t have my prescription with me. Someone who went above and beyond and made a difference.

A lovely young girl with brown hair and braces (sorry I didn't catch her name was about 3/4 o clock) helped me find aftershave for my brother earlier and was very friendly, helpful and smiley, great service thank you! ?

Fairly decent store but very pricey even with an advantage card. Make up is pretty expensive as well. Nice staff especially the pharmacy staff. I wish there were more deals on goods though.

Just been to boots neath to see pharmacist for advice for painful throat infection and possible medication i could try. only to be told by a girl on the counter that she couldn't help me who then went to talk to the pharmacist who didnt even have the courtesy to come and see me despite no other customers waiting she came back and said the pharmacist said book an appointment with your GP tomorrow we cant help you. Absolutely shocking experience i was expecting more from a boots i definitely wont be returning or advising anyone else to go to that pharmacist ?

Go here for my repeat prescription. Friendly staff. The only issue would be they close for 1 hour in the afternoon. It was 2 pm till 3pm when I was there so I assumed the same everyday. I got there last time at 2.05 pm. Oops

Went to Boots not Specsavers. Good choice of frames at excellent prices. Unlike Specsavers they did not break in the 1st 2 weeks. Friendly optician and really helpful staff in choosing frames and any extras you may need. Would highly recommend.

I was grateful to not be waiting in a long queue as usual. I think they might need more people by the front desk because everytime i come in here i have to wait for 20-30 Minutes.

Ridiculous queues for pharmacy / over the counter medicines. However, staff were lovely when eventually served.
