I ordered a wax jacket on boxing day and afterwards realised it was the wrong one so emailed them. Within the hour (on boxing day!!) They emailed me back to say my order is cancelled and they'll send a full refund tomorrow. Exceptional customer service

I received my beautiful Dubarry Banville utility jacket (a birthday gift from my family) today, I am really pleased with it, fits very well, light and comfortable,..excellent service from The Welsh Farmhouse Company, it arrived within a few days by post, nicely packed, polite and helpful staff..

Website showed stock so I ordered and within seconds £350 had been taken from my account. Four days later I get a call saying they were ?still waiting for stock?. Why say there?s stock when there isn?t?? Bad form.

Customer service is non existent. I called twice to query my order and got the answering machine each time. On the second occasion I left a voice message saying that my order had not arrived. No response. I sent an email last week and got no response to that either.(My purchase eventually arrived today - thrown over the gate which I appreciate is down to the Royal Mail.)Would I use or recommend the Welsh Farmhouse? Definitely not!

Hannah was very knowledgeable about their products and a had very good sales skills but beware I agreed to take delivery of 2 pairs of boots in the hope I would keep 1 & send 1 back but sadly neither were suitable & I?ve just had to pay £26+ to return.

This business is run by brother and sister Mathew and Hannah Van Dijk who, despite the surname, are Pembrokeshire natives and extremely proud of it and it shows. Their website states that they had a 'desire to create a retail concept which is based on 21st century real country living and to educate UK consumers about the production of predominantly British product ranges', and they have most certainly achieved this. Whilst the product ranges are modern and quirky, they have somehow managed to retain the feel of old-style country living, and the quality that accompanies it. Their products are not just for show they stock Barbour, Hunter and Dubarry footwear, and jackets from Barbour and Chrysalis, all well-known quality brands for outdoor wear. I LOVE their collection of Summerville Scarves, which are really fashionable whilst retaining the 'country' feel. They have a great range of quality products for all sorts of home and garden needs.
