I've been using this branch for 4 years. Nice people - family run business. The service team are great, they give really good advice. The sales team aren't pushy. The branch is easy enough to find and the parking is fine. The inside is clean and modern. The service plans are good value. I'd recommend them.

I picked up my 2nd car from Garvells Kia Narberth, and I dealt with Lewis the whole time. Amazing customer service, always kept me updated... you can tell you are a valued customer and not just a number, lewis spent time trying to pick the best car for me! We've been going to Gravells Kia for nearly 12 years now, on our 5th car, and Sales Manager Jason never let's us down. Always professional, considerate, honest and helpful. Wouldn't really consider going anywhere else with the service we receive. The maintenance/sevice team are great too. Our cars have always been ready to collect at the time we're advised upon dropping them off.

Outstanding customer service from Jason at Gravels in Narbeth. We have just bought our 3rd car from them. So pleased with the friendly service we always receive from everyone. It?s lovely to go to the showroom and not feel pushed or hounded by over zealous sales people. Always very informative and above expectations.
