Shelves empty, self service tills and screens always dirty with liquids,blood and sticky stuff. Cashier on customer service today was very rude, chucked our receipts and goods at us onto the counter instead of handing it to us. Blood and spilt liquids on fixture stripping,fridges and other surfaces. Needs a very good deep clean in all areas

Brynmawr asda is the worst store I ever shopped at go early in the morning have a trolley full and no staff on tills and I'm not putting it through self checkout so go and make complaint to mangeress that's on that day shit attitude from here says they are short staffed which they say every week yet there's 3 on self service tills and 3 on cigarette and lottery counter beyond belief couldn't put one of these on till there 8 waiting at till waiting to be served what a shambles

I wanted to feedback my disappointment with a breakfast I had today at this store. I don't usually complain but I'm doing this in the hope that Asda will take note and make improvements. I had the cooked breakfast and it was terrible. It was barely warm and the presentation couldn't be less appealing. The eggs looked like they'd been dropped, scooped up off the floor and dumped on the plate. One bacon rasher was practically cremated. The rest was of it was terrible too. Its not acceptable to take money for such a sub standard meal. I won't eat there again until I know that it's better.

We haven't been shopping here for ages till last Friday when had to get new battery for my watch. We found they have good variety of food but are getting really dear on many items.

Availability is inconsistent; I try going at different times, but still certain items are not on the shelves. This is basics like bread and milk. The self-service tills are often dirty; I ask for a spray to clean the till myself before scanning. I don't blame the staff, there aren't enough of them. It's my closest big supermarket but I now travel to shop at Tesco or Morrisons to get what I want.

No cash back service at tills.
Desperately needed cash to pay for other shopping!
Very poor service from duty store manager when asked for help politely. The duty mangaer was a long time in responding, was abrupt and discourteous to say she couldn't help as it was not her issue, and would not allow me to register a complaint in the complaint book without perseverance.
Asda - you really need to have better customer service skills for a nationwide store such as Asda.
