A week ago, I ordered a Chicken BBQ pizza from this place over the phone. It was absolutely delicious ? chicken, mozzarella, mushrooms, onions, fresh tomatoes, and bell peppers. My whole family really enjoyed it.
Today, I decided to order the same pizza again, but this time I chose to pick it up myself. I collected the order without checking it ? trusting that it would be the same as last time. When I got home and opened the box, the pizza looked completely different. It only had chicken, cheese, and some tomato paste. I tried a slice and straight away felt something was off. My wife tried another slice and agreed ? this definitely wasn?t the same pizza we had before.
So I drove back to the restaurant to explain the situation, hoping they would acknowledge the mistake, apologise, and maybe offer a replacement. Instead, they told me they don?t even have a Chicken BBQ pizza on their menu and that there was nothing they could do. Basically, they acted like I had imagined the whole thing.
And here?s the part that still bothers me: if you don?t have a Chicken BBQ pizza on your menu, then why did you accept an order for one in the first place? You could?ve simply told me you don?t offer that pizza, and I would?ve happily chosen an alternative. But instead, you took the order, made something completely different, and refused to acknowledge the issue.
Honestly, I?m really disappointed. Mistakes happen ? that?s normal. But how a business handles them says a lot. In my case, the response was careless and dismissive.
Also, the chips weren?t great either ? small portions and the potatoes were quite hard.
With service like this, I can?t recommend this place. Think twice before ordering here.

Ordered food for collection and this is what the breaded garlic mushrooms was like looks like they?ve been heated 4 times I wouldn?t feed this to a dog

If I could leave 0 I would , food was dreadful, cold ?, uneadable, the only thing it's done is filled my food waste recycling. Disgusting avoid at all costs

This is by far the worse food I've eaten in my life the chips are not even cooked the burger I ordered before taste of salt the kebabs are rank asf an the pizza was tasteless the meat on the pizza was over cooked I will wait till I'm back in Cardiff to order a real take away these people shouldn't be in business they say on some Web pages 4.6 don't get fooled by this it's accurate rating is actually 3.4 an it shouldn't even be that it's a rating of 1 for me they are a rip off I think they need to go back an have cooking lessons it's easy food to make an cook how on earth can these lot charge so much for poor quality so cold food I wouldn't feed this to my dog

Ordered a large chips and it comes in a regular tray. This cost £3.90! I know prices have gone up but almost 4 quid for a regular chips which are just frozen chips is absolutely disgusting. I have been a very regular customer of theirs for many years but never again

I ordered via just eat, the app the pictures are misleading and show the burger buns where fresh thick egg washed rolls and the chips were pictured as thick cut triple cooked. Unfortunately, you a cheap factory packed sealed bun and frozen straight cut chips deep fired that were clearly reheated. The salad is iceberg lettuce, quater of a cucumber shaving and 1 thinly sliced tomatoe 4 slices of white onion and 2 slices of red onion. If the items where not portrayed as better quality on just eat I wouldn't of ordered. Sorry but this was a sloppy deep fried mess. The strawberry cheese cake is also the frozen sort you can tell by synthetic cream instead actual cheese cake filling. The feta cheese and olive salad, again it was iceberg lettuce, sliced black olives, large chunks of feta which should be crumbles across the salad, chopped tomatoes and slices of red onion. I appreciate we love tough times however I expect a meal to be as pictured. I ate some because I was so hungry and had northing else in. Recently visited here after trying to place an order over the phone and then online. After giving my order over the phone I was told I couldn't pay by card, neither could they send a text link to pay by card. When trying online, met with just as many difficulties. Decided to walk down and collect my order. I asked for my lamb doner meat to be cooked well done (normally put on griddle). Despite requesting this the member of staff who served me didn't bother.Sort these simple issues out and maybe in future I will increase my * rating.
