Pizza was burnt rang shop to say and was told it?s at a certain temperature so tough. Pizza thrown in the bin.

Food not best. Chips was awful and pizza didn't taste right plus pepperoni under the cheese personal preference would be for it to be on top of the pizza. Can pepsi was nice though. Polite call handler but struggled to understand my initial call to order. Unfortunately won't be ordering again and wouldn't recommend. Someone else's tastes maybe different to ours but our experience with the food wasn't a good impression for 1st time order.

Had a delivery today said it was being delivered at 6.40 was here at 6.10 which is brilliant.
But when I looked on ring doorbell afterwards the delivery guy spat on floor while he was waiting for me to open the door, I won't be ordering again for this reason.

Terrible service took order through their website took payment confirmed order gave time to be delivered. Rung up to check as hadn?t arrived to be told order was cancelled and would receive money back in 3-5 working days. Now have to find suitable place and pay again for food !!!!!!!

Normally really good food but the last few times iv ordered its been a waste of money.. tonight I ordered chicken shish kebab and chips also coleslaw every bit of chicken Was burnt, hardly any salad the coleslaw was in a small tub when we ordered a large one... the portions were absolutely disgusting the prices are going up and the portions are going down.. I know times are hard but it's not the point

Unfortunate experance ordered via their website.Waited 2 hours, no delivery.Called at hour 1, female reception siad it's on the way/dispatched.Called hour 2.Advised it was cancelled and we'd have a email, with a refund, no email arrived.Normally very good 5 starts but disappointing this time.
