We celebrated a family birthday at a local air b&b and Jake provided a personal menu and dining experience at the place we stayed. Everything was perfect - from communication, organisation to the food itself was excellent. Jake was also really personable and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for everything.

Had a steak board which was amazing Jake spoke us through what it would entail and it far exceeded expectations! Also recommended a wine that went with the board which we thoroughly enjoyed. Staff were amazing and would def return.

This place is a little gem xx such a warm and friendly place, the atmosphere is so welcoming you feel like you're visiting your local. Perfect little stop over in the motorhome, not posh, not swanky but special. Food fresh and delicious and very large portions ?.

Fantastic food, had the small plates, not that small, we were stuffed, staff were great, would recommend the small plates, we had 3 each and shared, but only have 2 if you want pudding, unless you have a big appetite, ? we thought we had but filled us, think they do walk ins but we booked to make sure, price included 3 pints each.

We tried the new small plates menu . We had 6 between 2 of us and every one was delicious .I had a rhubarb crumble for desert and they made it extra special with a candle and a happy birthday on my plate . They always go that extra mile to please ?.Top Restaurant style food at a local pub . Staff and locals are very friendly .Can?t wait to return and try some more small plates.

Literally blown away by the food here! We had no idea what to expect after reading some previous reviews. This wasn?t pub grub it was much better than that. Jake is clearly loving his job. His passion shows in the flavours on the plate. Initial drinks, 3 courses and wine was exceptional value. Absolutely loved it here and cannot recommend it enough!

We recently enjoyed a meal at the Abermule Inn and had a fantastic time. The pub has a charming, traditional country atmosphere, but the menu offers a modern twist with dishes that could easily be found in a trendy city restaurant.
The mix of rustic charm and contemporary flavours made for a delightful experience. The service was attentive and friendly, adding to the welcoming feel of the place.
If you?re looking for a spot that combines the cosy ambience of a country pub with an inventive, city-style menu, the Abermule Inn is a great choice. We?ll definitely be returning soon!
P.S the chocolate fondant is to die for!!

This place is amazing! The food is great, one up from standard pub food for sure, perfect for a special occasion or just a lovely meal out! We have been several times for food and just for a drink. Highly recommend! ??

Menu online was extremely inviting menu in restaurant (in week) was either burger or fish & chips. Very disappointing for all of our party. Was looking forward to eating something really special, as shown online.

Had a great meal once again. We Dine here usually once when we are at our static at Smithy Park.
Always feel welcome friendly folk great place just for a drink.

I only rated 4 for food although the salt and pepper vegetable rolls would have been worth a ten
The batter on the fish was superb but please a little more fish would have been worth the extra point
