“What an absolute gem of a hotel.
We stayed for 2 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was comfortable and clean. With it being an old building it had some definite quirks but was lovely.
The food was gorgeous with a very clear menu which showed which meals were gluten or dairy free. This made life so much easier as I have lactose intolerance.
Nothing was a bother and the surrounding area is just stunning.”

“Had Sunday lunch here while holidaying in the area - loved the atmosphere and the decor, the staff and service are top notch and the food awesome! Husband and son had a wonderful roast dinner, I went for the slow cooked duck salad and we all had desserts. Delicious and well presented. Brilliant meal and experience from start to finish, thanks to everyone concerned for making this a holiday highlight for us!! Add in the beautiful surrounding countryside and it's a great way to spend your Sunday!”

“Excellent site with excellent toilet & shower block with great views. ? sadly very disappointed with our 'pod' for our 2night stay. Extremely small, poor lighting & very poor foam mattress which was very uncomfortable.”
