Had to visit after getting tonsillitis while on holiday. Staff and pharmacist were brilliant, very friendly and got me sorted very quickly with the test and treat service.

Manager couldn't care less about selling me a Well branded product which was clearly faulty. Now I'm left with bad cold sores, not that he could care less. I advise to stick to the known working brands, and stay clear of Well.

Delighted that Simon is back as the manager of the Pharmacy and I am sure that the staff were. He always brought order and organisation to a very busy Pharmacy. At the time I could not understand why the decision to remove him from post was taken ,

Since the previous manager left, this pharmacy has plummeted in customer service and efficiency. We frequently have to wait, on one occasion for up to an hour, for a thrice weekly regular prescription of which the pharmacy is completely aware. On one recent occasion the pharmacy had run out of the stock of medication, that is essential to be taken on a regular basis. On several occasions the pharmacist themselves has not turned up to work.I appreciate the difficulties that COVID creates, but there seems to be a total lack of awareness of the difficulties that their inefficiencies create. We were told on one occasion to come back four hours later. This represents one wasted bus journey, and then another having to be used, on a service that runs hourly. Effectively the pharmacy's hopelessness means a completely wasted day trying to obtain a prescription.Go to a different pharmacy in Monmouth if you value your time.

I have visited this chemist on 4 occasions in the last few weeks, the service is awful they are rude arrogant and un helpful. I went originally there to support your local business because it?s a small chemist and local to the surgery. All you get is you will have to come back in 20 minutes or 30 minutes last week at 5.30 I was told to come back tomorrow. Today I went in at 6pm it to be told we are shut I said your website says you are open until 6.30pm the lady said you should have read the notice on the door we are closed. I asked they lady is boots open she said it?s worth trying I wouldn?t know I don?t work there. RUDE absolutely no need for attitude won?t be going there again.
