Brilliantly friendly staff. Knowledgeable and helpful. It?s a really stressful time in the world right now and this was an unexpectedly happy place to be. There was a sense of purpose and efficiency and great humanity underlying it all. We?re all in the same boat right now and some people are dealing with it better than others. Screwfix Monmouth have some really excellent staff and are coping brilliantly with some very challenging circumstances. Well done all.
