yesterday I popped into merthyr branch with a friend looking for cleat hooks to hang a washing line however at first they didn't have any but as we was leaving one of the workers came running after us to show he found some I must say what great customer service we had thankyou

The Brecon staff are so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have never been into a builders merchants where the staff are as helpful and courteous as the Brecon branch are. Materials delivered, offloaded with care and stacked so well. Sorry I wasn’t there to help with the off load. I may update you with the decking... read full comment
