Nice friendly team but it's very disappointing that Nationwide no longer think it important to open on a Saturday. For those of us who work all week and don't live locally it's not easy to get to the branch during weekday opening hours

Pleased to see the branch is back open after repairs to the building. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Not a lot of space inside, so occasionally have to queue outside at busy times.

One star because branch currently closed due to unsafe structure and website not advising potential customers. Suggest go to branch in Ross on Wye.
