Amazing service from Monmouth hearing centre team.I had a problem with my right ear and attended an intial appointment with Zoe to identify the issue.After several days of olive oil in the ear, I returned for my hearing to be fully restored by Zoe after troublesome wax removal.A friendly , professional and helpful team worthy of ??????????

You take the time to leave a review either because the service or product was excellent or extremely poor.In Monmouthshire Hearing Centre's case it was not only excellent, it was superb. I made an appointment to check my left ear as I thought it was doing some odd noises.After a good examination, I was told there was no issue with my ear and was given a few recommendation to set my mind at peace.They did not charge me a penny, even though I asked to do so. You might say, I am happy I had no issue with my ear, hence the review. No, not at all.They were very pleasant, extremely helpful and seemed to care a great deal about their clients. Thoroughly professional, I can't recommend them highly enough.

I attended for the first time today; as could not get an appointment locally and required ear wax removal. I was due to fly within a few days and time was off essence!. My experience at the centre was exceptional. Zoe did a superb job and I can hear again. She was attentive and explained the process each step of the way. There is no doubt that I will be using their services again. Keep up the superb work!!!

If there was a company of the year award in Monmouth then Monmouthshire hearing centre would definitely win first prize.I have been privileged to be a client of Helen and team for many years and never does the service falter.Helen will explain that there is no miracle cure for hearing loss but she can certainly make life so much easier whilst explaining all the options available to you.Examples are the cross system for people like myself who only has the benefit of limited hearing in one ear. The cross will send sound from the bad side to the good side. Roger is another huge benefit, put him by the tv and get sound directly to your hearing aid. Knock out all that annoying background sound in a restaurant and put him in the middle of a table so you can join in the conversation.Everyone has different hearing needs so what suits one may not suit another but be assured Helen will find what best for you.Any company is only as good as the team supporting it and Helen has carefully chosen a fantastic support team that maintain the heigh standards expected from Monmouthshire hearing centre.Don?t be the one to miss out on the conversation make an appointment and you won?t regret itM HarmerMonmouth.

Exception people do exceptional things, this is so true of the wonderful people at Monmouthshire Hearing Centre. From my initial screening test, advice on aids that would work for me, aftercare service and simple customer focussed relationships this business provides it all and is peerless. The Hearing Centre always provide helpful advice concerning my hearing aids. Today, Helen gave my aids a comprehensive service as part of my contract and a hearing test. Her explanation of what she was doing and how to care for my aids was, as usual, very clear. I would recommend the Hearing Centre to my friends and family.

After 5 years of struggling with NHS aids I have finally made a decision and purchased customised , private aids from Monmouthshire Hearing Centre and WOW, what a game changer.No more irritated ears, no more itching, no more fiddling, no more battery changing, no more whistling , no more pushing a plastic tube through the aids to clean them.I can?t express my delight in my new rechargeable aids. I actually enjoy wearing them as I can hear clearly with great clarity.I forget that I?m wearing them, they are so comfortable.I can pair my mobile phone with my aids and answer calls through my aids therefore hands free.If anyone is struggling with their NHS aids or can?t decide about buying private aids I would say with complete honesty just take the plunge and go for it, treat yourself. I haven?t looked back, my only regret is that I didn?t do this 5 years ago
