My husband dropped me off outside and parked up using his disabled blue badge. A police man came along within 5 minutes and told him to move on so he had to park all the way up by Iceland, that wasn't a problem but I was standing waiting in Halifax for a good half hour and my husband was starting to get very worried. Only one cashier and the queue was almost out the door. The staff were friendly and helpful but the waiting time was horrendous.

A Bank/building society that only opens between 10am-4pm weekdays???
Once again a company out of touch with its customers and in touch with the business economics! Doesn't matter what its customers want, so long as they can save money by implementing shorter staff working hours.
This is why people convert to online banking & steer clear of the high street branches. If only my business worked 10-4!!!
